Course Outline

Let’s examine the classic layout of an EV made up of on-board charger, drive battery, drive control, motor(s), transmission and then power to the wheels. We then explore in more detail the hybrid electric layout and its variations before ending off with high voltage components and  ECE-R100.

Duration: 6 hours

Technicians especially those working in a workshop environment. This module is also suited to technical trainers and students enrolled in TVET colleges.
